CapeWatch is an online application that builds and manages a database of clients and visitors to your website. CapeWatch can be added directly to your existing site, or may be built into your new site. Essentially CapeWatch is your website's secretary. Some of the functions of CapeWatch:

Your custom built CapeWatch system will ask your users for the information you would like from them. You can require your visitor to give you their billing address, or make it optional for them to give you anything else other than their email address.

Once you have the information you require, the visitor is asked about the type of property they are looking for. You can customize this to ask for town, number of bedrooms, price, etc. CapeWatch will build, store, maintain this database for you.

Email People Automatically

The next time you add a property to your website, CapeWatch will automatically search through your database for visitors who have requested information on a property match the criteria of the one you have just added.

CapeWatch will then automatically send emails to those people with a text description, picture, and link to the property listing on your site. Viola! You have an automated customer management system that only contacts relevant prospects

When your visitors sign up for CapeWatch, the system will remember them, so that when they return, they will be welcomed back to your site.

Users may add / remove themselves

Though it is our hope that few members will want to remove themselves from such a valuable service, we make it easy for people to remove their email address from the mailing list. Simply click the "remove" link on the email and press the "remove" button on your site. They're done!
